I’m Kristin Lambeth, your REALTOR® and the founder of Canyon C|R Real Estate, proudly affiliated with REAL Broker. This brand carries deep personal meaning: it is named in honor of my son, a constant reminder that family remains at the heart of everything I do.

A lifelong Arizonan of 45 years, real estate is my third and most fulfilling career. I began in veterinary medicine, then transitioned into human tissue recovery for transplants and research procurement—roles that taught me precision, empathy, and the importance of trust. 

In 2018, seeking a profound life renovation, I entered real estate through wholesale acquisitions. While the work was valuable, I quickly discovered my true calling lay in the more human-centered side of the industry: guiding people into homes, helping them ascend toward their personal goals, and supporting local entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses through commercial real estate.
