Get to Know Canyon C|R Real Estate
Meet Kristin
Hello. It’s a pleasure to meet you.
I’m Kristin Lambeth, your REALTOR® and the founder of Canyon C|R Real Estate, powered by simpliHOM and simpliCOMMERCIAL. This brand carries deep personal meaning: it is named in honor of my son, a constant reminder that family remains at the heart of everything I do.
A lifelong Arizonan of 45 years, real estate is my third and most fulfilling career. I began in veterinary medicine, then transitioned into human tissue recovery for transplants and research procurement—roles that taught me precision, empathy, and the importance of trust.
In 2018, seeking a profound life renovation, I entered real estate through wholesale acquisitions. While the work was valuable, I quickly discovered my true calling lay in the more human-centered side of the industry: guiding people into homes, helping them ascend toward their personal goals, and supporting local entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses through commercial real estate.
Today, I bring that same dedication—tempered by experience, humor, and unwavering integrity—to every client relationship. Thank you for considering me as your trusted advisor.
My Services
I provide a carefully curated, high-touch spectrum of real estate services across Arizona and New York (Go Bills!), with a particular focus on luxury and equestrian residential and select commercial transactions.
No property is too complex, too unique, or too demanding. While I may bring warmth and levity to everyday interactions, I am uncompromising when it comes to execution. My priority is always my client’s best outcome—delivered efficiently, transparently, and with the highest level of professionalism.
My residential expertise includes:
- Luxury & High end state properties
- Divorce & Probate transitions
- Equestrian & Ranch properties (a lifelong passion as an equestrian and horse trainer)
- Pre Foreclosures & complex situations
My commercial services encompass:
- Industrial
- Retail
- Multifamily
I hold deep respect for the everyday individuals and families who sustain our communities. I believe in keeping business local whenever possible, and I am committed to turning aspirations into addresses—thoughtfully, strategically, and with care.
I would be honored to bring that same dedication to your next chapter.
